The project
Mediterranean Architecture Defined by Simplicity and Elegance
This 130 m² villa reinterprets the codes of Mediterranean architecture through understated volumes, white render and an arched wooden entrance. The gallery of arches creates a shaded transition between the outdoors and the living spaces, while giving the façade depth and relief. Natural materials and a pared-back composition give the house a timeless, warm presence rooted in its context.
Goals
- 01Reinterpret Mediterranean codes through a simple, timeless composition.
- 02The light walls, arched entrance and gallery create a welcoming façade, while making the most of shade and the transition between outside and inside.
- 03Natural materials strengthen the local roots and architectural restraint of the house.
