The project

A Contemporary Bookshop That Puts Books Centre Stage

The redesign of L’Élite bookshop in El Mourouj aims to make the offer easier to read and the shopping experience more enjoyable. Dark shelving organises the collections, while long central tables give new releases and themed selections a stage of their own. The wooden slatted ceiling brings warmth and rhythm, in a composition that combines commercial efficiency with a contemporary identity, from the interior to the façade.

Goals

01Make the offer easier to read and browsing more comfortable by organising the books on clearly designed shelving.
02The central tables make it easy to present new releases and seasonal products.
03Wood warms the whole space and the dark elements give it a contemporary image, consistent between façade and interior.
