The project
A Welcoming Café Designed Around the Customer Experience
The design of Roots Coffee Shop in El Mourouj aims to establish a recognisable identity and make every stage of the visit enjoyable, from ordering to finding a seat. The arrangement of seating and the hierarchy of spaces support intuitive circulation and different ways to enjoy the café. Materials, lighting and atmosphere are considered as a coherent whole, enhancing comfort and reinforcing the venue’s personality.
Goals
- 01Develop a distinctive, comfortable café by arranging seating for different uses and creating an atmosphere that reflects the brand.
- 02Materials, lighting and a clearly defined counter can strengthen the customer experience while supporting day-to-day operations.
