Project Overview
This project involved the complete transformation of an outdated and deteriorated commercial space into a modern, welcoming, and functional restaurant.
Before the renovation, the space featured a neglected façade with old roller shutters, damaged walls, and no architectural consistency—far from suitable for a restaurant business.
Design Goals
Reimagine the exterior with a clean, inviting façade
Create a cozy, organized interior dining space
Highlight the open kitchen concept from the entrance
Build a strong and appealing visual identity for the restaurant
Key Interventions
Façade renovation with new glass storefronts, painted masonry, and integrated architectural lighting
Custom illuminated signage to enhance brand visibility
Interior layout redesign:
Open kitchen view from the entrance
Functional service counter
Comfortable dining area with warm finishes
Atmosphere design using natural tones, wood finishes, soft lighting, and minimalist decor
